First, you must complete our Pre-qualification form. We also recommend that you contact the appropriate estimator on projects of interest.

The form provides the necessary information including company type, size and location to help us match your organization to the contracted service or task requirements. Using this information, a determination is made regarding your company's eligibility to participate in current or future projects.

Your completed form will be reviewed by our pre-qualification administrator for completeness, honesty and accuracy. It will then be forwarded to the appropriate department head for approval, based on the task or service required.

Only applicable LaSalle departments will have access to your basic and confidential information. For instance, only selected individuals will have access to financial information.

If you are prequalified and in our database, you will receive an invitation to bid (ITB) for projects we feel would be a good fit for your organization. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone: (734) 394-0650

Please call us at (734) 394-0650, reference the project your interested in and you will be directed to the estimator assigned to the project in question.

No, however you must at least be in the process of completing your prequalification.

Not necessarily, it depends on the scope of work. We ask that all subcontractors list their bonding rate on their prequalification form.

While we welcome our suppliers/subcontractors here at LaSalle, it is not necessary. Your company will be integrated into our internal database, once you have completed a pre-qualification form.

You will have access to any project documents via our internal database once invited.
