Description: LaSalle was awarded the design/build contract to complete the new 40,000 SF office and manufacturing facility for the Danish corporation, Unimerco. The LaSalle team went to Denmark to study and implement Danish design and culture into their new building. The building included a state-of-the-art "no noise" HVAC system and high end finishes including granite, marble, wood and coral brush floors.
