Description: LaSalle was contracted by Sunrise to construct and develop (3) new buildings totaling over 60,000 square feet on over (7) acres in Cascade, Michigan. These single story “Cottage-Style” buildings offer a variety of services and luxurious amenities that include private suites, a beauty salon, (24) hour bistro, community gardens and walkways, theatre/media rooms, consierge service as well as exceptional health care monitored (24) hours a day.
