Description: LaSalle was awarded a general contract to completely renovate the largest dormitory on campus. The complete renovation of the 1949, 290,000 s.f. dormitory consisted of 508 dorm rooms, 24 common shower rooms, toilet, & locker rooms, replacement of the fire alarm system, installation of new fire suppression system, replacement and upgrading of the plumbing & mechanical ventilation system and electrical upgrades including the power & distribution systems. |
