Description: The Motor City Casino is the temporary Casino for Circus Circus. The Existing building was formerly a bread factory built in the 1920's. The new facility required a substantial amount of demolition, structural renovations and building additions to convert the abandoned bread factory into a 400,000 s.f. world class gaming facility. The project also included the renovation of the 100,000 s.f. adjacent building for retail shopping, four restaurants, and the construction of a 1,144,000 s.f. parking structure. The project was completed ahead of schedule in only 8 months.
