Description: LaSalle has teamed-up with HCR to renovate and construct new assisted living facilities throughout the Midwest. These buildings are mostly (2) story construction with numerous added amenities and custom finishes as well as complete physical, occupational and speech therapy service rooms. The facilities range in size from 35,000 s.f. to over 55,000 s.f. and can contain upwards of (120) beds. |
