Description: LaSalle was contracted to renovate the fourth floor of the General Motors Headquarters Building in Detroit. The renovation was designed to create a prototype for future offices. By displaying all of the options available to the end user, GM can now save time and money when an engineer wants to renovate or upgrade offices in their facility while still maintaining consistency with GM standards. As customers walk through the fourth floor, each area presents a different look, style, or design. By simply making a shopping list of the finishes and furnishings they prefer, they can reduce the time/expense required for the design stage of their project.
