Projects - Design Build

Description: LaSalle was contracted to design and build a new automotive research facility for IAV in Northville, Michigan. The workshop area of the new facility was designed and constructed to house new dynamometer testing equipment along with the supporting technical laboratories and engine build areas. The office portion of the project serves as IAV's North American Headquarters. LaSalle encountered unique challenges on this project due to a very aggressive construction schedule and phased completion of the testing and office areas.
